These terms apply to purchases made on this website, operated by VTX SOLUTION SDN. BHD. (SSM 202401012345 / 1567890-X) under the kilau brand. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs, and we will refund you in full.
  • Flash deal prices are valid while stock or the timer lasts, as shown on the product page.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Your order is processed once payment is received.

Delivery

We deliver within Malaysia. Delivery fees and times depend on your location (West or East Malaysia) and are shown at checkout. Orders above RM 150 qualify for free delivery. See our Delivery page for details.

Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please read our Returns & Refunds page for the full conditions.

Authenticity and warranty

We guarantee that every item is authentic. Watches and selected items carry a manufacturer or store warranty as stated on the product page.

Discount codes

Codes such as the first-order discount can be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other codes unless stated.

All content on this site, including the kilau name, logo and images, belongs to VTX SOLUTION SDN. BHD. or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.
