  • Delivery and billing addresses.
  • Order history and the items you view or wishlist.

We do not store your card or online banking details. Payments are handled by our payment gateway.

How we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders and send order updates.
  • To provide customer support, including through WhatsApp.
  • To send news and offers from Kilau Club, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve our website and prevent fraud.

Sharing your data

We share only what is needed with delivery partners, our payment gateway and service providers who help us run the store. We never sell your personal data.
